2. Use License

Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
c. Zen of 180 provides print and online viewing access to its various products. Should you purchase a printable product from this website, you must print each included file using the link(s) which will be provided upon purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
All LSAT questions are licensed for individual use from the Law School Admission Council (LSAC), the copyright owner, which may, at its sole discretion, enforce its rights of ownership. All video explanations and repackaged practice materials are copyrighted by Zen of 180, unless otherwise noted. YOU ARE ONLY PURCHASING THE RIGHT TO ACCESS, VIEW, AND PRINT THE MATERIALS UP TO THREE TIMES. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE THE MATERIALS BY MAIL NOR WILL YOU BE GIVEN COPIES OF THE FILES. This is in accordance with Zen of 180’s licensing agreement with LSAC regarding digital distribution of LSAT questions. Zen of 180 is not liable for any other costs associated with the printing of these materials. Before completing your purchase, check to ensure that you have Flash installed on your computer. If not, you can download it for free at http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/. Zen of 180 is not liable for any printing problems originating on the side of the end user, including, but not limited to, failing to install the required version of Flash. d. Zen of 180 monitors account use for breaches of these terms, and reserves the right to revoke access to any user who has violated them.
e. Due to the intellectual property contained in these materials, Zen of 180 must pay licensing fees to LSAC for any viewed content. As such, Zen of 180 cannot offer any refunds and all purchases are final.

Zen of 180 makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
